India-US Deal: Is this their control over our oil?
Criticism is mounting over the US condition that it will reimpose 25% tariffs if India does not stop buying oil from Russia. Some are questioning why the US is dictating India's oil purchase decisions. They are asking whether this is not mortgaging the sovereignty of a country with an independent foreign policy. Objections are also being raised against Trump's unilateral statements during the deal and the arrogant language he is using.
