Officials have initiated the construction of the Indian Bank State Headquarters in Uddandarayunipalem, located within the Amaravati region. On Monday, at the Indian Bank Zonal Office in Guntur, officials exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the building's construction with the National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC)—a Central Government public sector undertaking. Speaking on the occasion, the Bank's Zonal Head, Gouri Shankara Rao, stated that the Indian Bank State Headquarters is being constructed on a 40-cent plot of land at a cost of ₹42.65 crore.
