Justice Lisa Gill Appointed as Executive Chairperson of Legal Services Authority
Amaravati: High Court Judge Justice Lisa Gill has been appointed as the Executive Chairperson of the Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority. The State Government issued orders to this effect on Monday. It has been a long-standing tradition to appoint the second senior-most judge of the High Court as the Executive Chairperson. The Governor nominates the Executive Chairperson after consulting with the Chief Justice of the High Court.
