Land auction again.. Rs. 101 crore per acre
Telangana: The state government is once again ready to auction land. An e-auction will be held on October 6 for 18.67 acres of government land in Rayadurgam, near the Hyderabad IT corridor. Bids have been allowed till October 1. The minimum price per acre has been fixed at Rs. 101 crore with the target of Rs. 2,000 crore in revenue. The State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has officially issued a notification to this effect.
