Madrid: World No. 1 tennis player Jannik Sinner has emerged as the champion of the Madrid Open. In the final held on Sunday, top-seed Sinner (Italy) routed Zverev (Germany) 6-1, 6-2 to clinch his first-ever title at this tournament. With this victory, Sinner has set a new record as the first player to win five consecutive Masters 1000 events.
