Massive increase in fees for women cricketers
The BCCI has significantly increased the fees for Indian women cricketers. From now on, they will be paid Rs. 50,000 per day for ODIs and multi-day matches (for playing 11). Squad members will receive Rs. 25,000, and reserve players will get Rs. 12,500. For T20s, they will be paid Rs. 25,000, while those in the reserves will receive Rs. 12,500. Currently, they are paid Rs. 20,000 for playing in the 11 and Rs. 10,000 if they are on the bench.
