Mediation is successful only with trust: CJI
Andhra Pradesh: CJI Justice Suryakant opined that legal disputes between the parties can be resolved quickly only when both parties have trust in the mediators. He spoke at a conference on ‘mediation’ in Amaravati. He said that the appointment of arbitrators should also be the same. It was stated that a mechanism should be put in place to ensure the speedy and proper implementation of the agreements made between the parties to resolve the issue.
