Microsoft Saves 4,000 Crore Using AI
Washington: While tech giant Microsoft is reaping huge benefits from using artificial intelligence (AI) in its operations, the company's co-founder Bill Gates says that AI has not done some things for 100 years. Microsoft saved $500 million (Rs. 4,285 crore) last year through the use of AI, while laying off 9,100 employees. "Especially in call center operations, the cost has been reduced significantly.
