No Threat to Ramappa
Hyderabad: The Singareni management has clarified that reports suggesting a threat to the Ramappa Temple—a World Heritage Site—due to mining activities are merely misconceptions and baseless. In a statement issued on Monday, the management affirmed that they decided to proceed with the proposed Venkatapur Opencast Project in Mulugu district only after conducting a comprehensive scientific study.
