Pakistan's vaccine woes: This is what happens when you mess with India!
Pakistan is gradually realizing the consequences of souring relations with India. Its minister, Mustafa, himself revealed that the suspension of vaccine supplies from India after the military clashes in May 2025 is causing a financial burden. He stated that Pakistan, which previously received vaccines at a low price from India through GAVI, is now spending $400 million annually. It seems they have no choice but to manufacture vaccines themselves.
