Policy to increase digital payments in ‘liquor’ soon!
Andhra Pradesh: The excise department will bring a ‘Liquor Digital Payments’ policy to increase digital payments in liquor sales from the current 30% to 60%. According to this, digital payment facility must be available in every shop. Licensees should not refuse if buyers make digital payments. The Excise Department will also introduce a 'track and trace' system to know how much was sold on which day.
