Preference for General Medicine!
In the NEET-PG 2026 counseling, candidates have shown a clear preference for General Medicine. Among the top 100 choices, more candidates opted for General Medicine than for Radiology. Historically, Radiology had been the most sought-after PG course. However, in the first round of seat allotment conducted by the Medical Counseling Committee this time, 51 out of the top 100 candidates chose General Medicine, while only 28 opted for Radiology.
