The ninth and final day of the Bathukamma festivities is celebrated as 'Pedda Bathukamma' or 'Saddula Bathukamma'. It is referred to as 'Saddula Bathukamma' because various dishes prepared with rice—known as 'saddulu'—are offered to Goddess Gauramma on this day. The Bathukamma is arranged on a large platter, decorated with pumpkin leaves, and adorned with a variety of flowers, including *tangedu* and *gunugu*. Prayers are offered with these rice-based dishes as *naivedyam* (offerings). The Goddess is worshipped through songs and dances until the night, after which the Bathukamma arrangements are immersed in water.
