The IMD has stated that minimum temperatures in the Telugu states are likely to be 3-4 degrees Celsius lower than normal for the next two days. Medical experts are warning people to be careful. They are especially advising against taking children and the elderly outside during the morning and night hours. If it is unavoidable, they suggest wearing sweaters. They also advise keeping the ears, hands, and feet warm.
