South Central Railway Earns ₹21,211 Crore Revenue
Hyderabad: General Manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava announced that South Central Railway (SCR) earned a revenue of ₹21,211.92 crore during the 2025-26 financial year. He stated that this marks a record-high revenue in the zone's history—an increase of 3.12% compared to the previous year. He further clarified that they have received no proposal regarding the creation of a Kazipet Railway Division. He noted that establishing a new division is a highly complex process and that, currently, there appears to be no necessity for creating a new division within the zone's jurisdiction.
