Sri Lanka win over Afghanistan
Asia Cup: Sri Lanka beat Afghanistan by 6 wickets. Batting first, the Afghan team scored 169-8 runs. Nabi (60) and Thushara (4) were the top scorers for Afghanistan. Sri Lankan opener Kusal Mendis (74) helped them chase down the target of 170 runs with ease. Mujeeb, Azmatullah, Nabi and Nur took wickets for Afghanistan. While Sri Lanka qualified for the Super 4, Afghanistan was eliminated from the tournament.
