Target to sell 9 lakh CNG cars
Domestic car manufacturing giant Maruti Suzuki India has set a target to sell 9 lakh CNG vehicles in the current financial year (2026-27). This is almost 30 percent more than the 7 lakh units sold in the previous financial year. With the increase in fuel prices after the West Asian crisis, consumers are turning to these CNG vehicles with low maintenance costs, and in this context, a Maruti executive officer said that the target has been set to undertake massive sales.
