Bollywood actress Rimi Sen has become a real estate agent. After film opportunities decreased, she settled in Dubai. In an interview, she said, "Here, 95% of the people are expatriates. The real estate market is disciplined. Agents are treated on par with financial advisors. In India, however, asking for two months' brokerage is seen as a crime." She has acted in Hindi films like Dhoom, Hungama, and Golmaal, as well as the Telugu movie Andarivaadu.
