Training AI with AI... Jobs at risk!
New York: OpenAI has dismissed contract workers who were using AI tools to train and improve artificial intelligence models. The role of these contract workers involved reviewing conversations between ChatGPT and users to determine whether the AI was providing accurate answers (facts) or simply offering responses designed to please the users. OpenAI was paying them $50 per hour (approximately ₹4,500 in Indian currency) for this work.
