New Delhi: The Indian women's hockey squad touring Australia was announced on Monday. Midfielder Salima Tete will serve as the captain of the team. Defender Lalthantungi has secured a spot in the national squad for the very first time. As part of this series, the Indian women's team is scheduled to play four matches against the host nation. The first two matches will take place on the 26th and 27th of this month, while the remaining two are scheduled for the 29th and 30th.
