Viveka murder case: Supreme Court says it cannot interfere with cancellation of bail
Andhra Pradesh: The Supreme Court has made it clear that it cannot interfere with the cancellation of bail of the accused in the YS Viveka murder case. Responding to petitioner Sunitha's argument for further investigation, the top court suggested that another petition be filed in the trial court. It directed the trial court to announce a decision on the merits within 8 weeks of filing the petition.
