War effect.. Oil prices at a two-year high!
Crude oil prices have reached a two-year high. Brent crude rose to $90 a barrel. This is the first time prices have risen to that level since April 2024. The price has still increased by 25% since the war began. This range hike in a week was last recorded in April 2020. Prices were boosted by Trump's statement that there was no chance of talks with Iran, continued tensions in the Gulf, and news that Kuwait was reducing production.
