Water released from Jurala following Minister Vakiti Srihari's orders
Mahabubnagar District: Officials released water from the Jurala project following directives from Telangana Minister Vakiti Srihari. The release was carried out immediately in accordance with the Minister's orders, with the aim of providing irrigation water to farmers in the project's command area. Consequently, water was released into both the right and left canals of the Jurala project—350 cusecs into the right canal and 750 cusecs into the left canal. The Minister issued these orders to meet the irrigation needs of the farmers.
