Alternatives for revival of Pranahita-Chevella project: Minister
Telangana: Minister Uttam revealed that low-cost alternatives are being considered for the revival of Pranahita-Chevella project. He held a review with the officials of the Irrigation Department. 'We have studied the feasibility of the modified Sundilla link. This will reduce the cost of the project by about 10-12%. Land acquisition will be reduced by half. It will save about ₹1,500-1,600Cr compared to the previous plans,' he said.
