The life story of Gummadi Narsayya, a public figure and an MLA who went to the assembly on a bicycle, will be made into a film. Kannada star hero Shivaraj Kumar is playing the title role in this film. The motion poster released by the movie unit is impressive to this extent. Parameswaran is directing this film. Gummadi Narsayya was elected as an MLA five times from the Illandu Legislative Assembly of the joint Khammam district of Telangana.
