A Faction of 50 MLAs Brewing within the TMC?
Kolkata: Riju Datta, a suspended member of the TMC, revealed on Tuesday that 50 out of the 80 MLAs elected on the TMC ticket held a secret meeting at a hotel in Kolkata on Monday night and decided to form a separate faction. Furthermore, reports suggest that—citing their numerical majority—they intend to declare themselves as the "authentic" TMC.
