Alert to prevent spread of infectious diseases: Satyakumar
Health Minister Satyakumar said that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have been prepared on precautions to be taken during natural disasters like cyclones. How should one prepare to provide medical services? How should doctors respond when they arrive? He said that the SOP has been prepared on how to prevent the spread of diseases, rehabilitation and other measures after the cyclone. He said that it has been sent to the district authorities in the wake of the threat of Cyclone Montha to the state.
