Famous actor passes away
Veteran Bollywood actor Pankaj Dhir (68) has passed away. He breathed his last yesterday after battling cancer for some time, the Cine & TV Artistes Association said in a statement. The funeral will be held this evening. Pankaj gained recognition for his role as Karna in BR Chopra's 'Mahabharat' TV series between 1988-94. He acted in several Bollywood films and TV serials.
