How are you holding the phone?
Many people hold their phones down and look at them with their heads bowed. Do you still read while looking at them like that? But you are close to depression. Doctors say that prolonged head tilt and lazy sitting can affect the spine as well as the brain, increasing feelings of depression. They suggest that the eyes and the phone should be at the same level, and that you should take a break every 20 minutes and stretch your body.
