CM Directs Strict Action Against Defaulting Rice Millers
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy directed officials to take strict steps to recover government dues from defaulting rice millers. He said the main objective should be collecting outstanding amounts owed to the government. The CM suggested framing a comprehensive policy for recovery of these dues and taking a final decision after discussions in the Cabinet sub-committee. He made it clear that blackmail or pressure tactics by rice millers will not be tolerated under any circumstances again.
