Congress will win in Jubilee Hills: Ponnam
Telangana: Minister Ponnam Prabhakar expressed confidence that the Congress party will win the Jubilee Hills by-election. He, who visited the constituency today, predicted that what happened in Cantonment (Congress' victory in the by-election) will be repeated in Jubilee Hills as well. He said that BRS is still living in illusions and that the party is certain of defeat. Ponnam revealed that with the blessings of the people in the state, 42 percent reservation for BCs will be implemented.
