Corporate Amendment Bill next month?
It is understood that the Center will introduce the Corporate Amendment Bill in the second phase of the Budget session starting on March 9. The rules in the Companies Act (2013) and LLP ACT (2008) will be amended with this bill. Criminal prosecution for minor technical or operational errors will be removed. Monitoring will improve through digitization. This will make business operations easier.
