CPI Extends Support to Congress for MLC Elections
Hyderabad: CPI State Secretary Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao has announced that the party will support the Congress in the upcoming two Graduates' Constituency MLC elections. He stated that Congress leaders visited the CPI office to seek their support, and the decision was reached following internal party discussions and an assessment of the prevailing political situation. Kunamneni, accompanied by other party leaders, spoke at a press conference held at the CPI state office on Wednesday. He also mentioned that they have requested Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to conduct student union elections in universities.
