Dalit Christians Must Be Recognized as SCs: Manda Krishna
New Delhi: Manda Krishna Madiga, founder-president of the MRPS, has demanded that Dalit Christians be recognized as Scheduled Castes (SCs). On Wednesday, he met with Justice K.G. Balakrishnan, the Chairman of the special committee appointed by the Central Government to study the issue of granting SC status to Dalit Christians. He submitted a report advocating for the recognition of Dalit Christians as SCs.
