Discarded like trash
Look at the bags lying on the mounds of soil in this photo...!! If you think those bags are filled with mere trash or debris, you would be mistaken; they actually contain uniforms supplied by the government to students in state-run schools. And if you were to dismiss them—thinking, "Oh, it’s probably just a bunch of old clothes"—you would be wrong again, because the uniforms inside are brand new. Unknown individuals dumped these bags by the roadside along the Tandur bypass in Vikarabad district.
