New Delhi: A parliamentary standing committee has suggested changes to the conduct of NEET, which has become mired in controversy due to repeated paper leaks and decisions to cancel exams. It proposed conducting the NEET-UG exam across multiple phases in all states rather than holding it on a single day nationwide. The committee stated that this approach could largely alleviate logistical pressures and the complexities involved in making arrangements.
