File a corruption case against Pinarayi Vijayan
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has advised the state police to investigate the CMRL-Exalogic ‘monthly payments’ case in Kerala under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The ED alleged that former CM Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena, and former CPM minister Mohammed Riyas received a total of ₹3.28 crore in this case, claiming the amount constituted bribe money. It stated that the funds were transferred while Vijayan was Chief Minister and that Mohammed Riyas routed the money to Dubai through various channels.
