The Telangana Congress government is grandly celebrating 'Praja Palana' (People's Governance) Day today (Thursday). MLA Ramchandra Naik set out for the Mahabubabad Collectorate to participate in the celebrations and hoist the flag. However, as the car reached Chintapalli, flames suddenly erupted inside the vehicle. The fire spread within the cabin after a power bank exploded. A major mishap was averted as the MLA and his staff, acting quickly, managed to exit the vehicle immediately; however, the driver sustained minor injuries.
