Firing on Indian Ships: Iran Says It Is Investigating
Iran has announced that it is investigating the incident involving firing upon Indian ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Baghaei stated that officials are verifying whether their forces had indeed targeted the Indian vessels. Meanwhile, the Indian Navy has advised Indian ships currently in the Persian Gulf to stay clear of the Strait of Hormuz, instructing them to cross the strait only upon receiving specific orders to do so.
