Free Travel for Persons with Disabilities: Here’s How to Get Your Pass!
Andhra Pradesh: The facility for free travel for persons with disabilities in RTC buses is set to become available starting today. Chandrababu will formally launch the 'Divyang Shakti' scheme in Amaravati, while MLAs will inaugurate the initiative within their respective constituencies. Beneficiaries can obtain their bus passes by presenting the necessary certificates at designated bus pass counters across the state. Digital passes can also be obtained through the APSRTC app and the 'Mana Mitra' app. This scheme is expected to benefit 11.16 lakh persons with disabilities across the state.
