Hyundai Creta Electric with BaaS
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has introduced the 'Battery-as-a-Service' (BaaS) model for customers purchasing the Creta Electric. The company stated that with this model, the Creta Electric can be acquired at a starting price of ₹10.99 lakh (ex-showroom), with battery EMIs starting from ₹3.9 per kilometer. Hyundai offers the Creta Electric with two battery options: 51.4 kWh and 42 kWh (short-range).
