Kept the victim students locked in a room
In an FIR filed in 2016, the girl alleged that Chaitanyananda kept the victim students locked in a room. The victim was 20-21 years old at the time. Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati would call her at night and talk obscenely to her, calling her "baby" and "sweet girl."
The girl stated that Chaitanyananda had snatched her phone from her. He kept her alone in the hostel and scolded her for talking to other students.
