Keeping Coriander Fresh
After slightly trimming the stems, place the coriander upright in a glass bottle filled with water. If you loosely cover the leaves with a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator, the coriander will remain fresh for up to ten days.
Immediately upon bringing it home, wash and clean the coriander with fresh water. Afterward, dry it completely to ensure no moisture remains. Then, wrap it in tissue paper and store it in a zip-lock bag or an airtight container; if kept in the refrigerator, the coriander will stay fresh for many days.
