Liver damage with those medicines: Study
A recent study on the use of Ayurveda and other alternative medicines has revealed shocking facts. Out of 386 types of products tested, 27.7% of the medicines contained steroids and 31.3% of the products contained animal waste, according to ‘Frontiers in Gastroenterology’. These contained heavy metals like lead and arsenic in excess of the prescribed dose, which increased the risk of liver damage and death in 39% of people.
