Mandatory Carryover of 150 TMC of Water at Srisailam and Nagarjuna Sagar
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh presented strong arguments before the Brijesh Kumar Tribunal-2, asserting that 150 TMC of water must be maintained as carryover storage at the Srisailam and Nagarjuna Sagar reservoirs to meet drinking water needs and sustain semi-irrigated crops in the event of sudden drought conditions.
