Our alignment must be accepted! – AP insists on Mahanadi-Godavari interlinking
Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh government has once again clarified to the National Water Development Agency (NWDA) that the Mahanadi-Godavari river interlinking process must proceed based on the alignment proposed by the state. The government had previously raised objections to the NWDA's proposal to transport Mahanadi waters directly from Odisha to Dowleswaram via a canal.
