168,060 kilograms—literally one hundred and sixty-eight thousand and sixty kilograms—this is *our* gold that the Reserve Bank of India brought back to our country from abroad during the 2025-26 financial year! It is noteworthy that this marks the third consecutive year in which over 100,000 kilograms of our gold—which had been lying dormant in the vaults of foreign banks such as the Bank of England and the Bank for International Settlements in Switzerland—has been successfully repatriated to India.
