Out of the Top 100
For the past year and a half, Indian stock markets have been on a downward trend. Consequently, all of India's corporate giants have lost their positions in the global list of the 100 most valuable listed companies. This marks the first time in several years that such a situation has occurred. According to Bloomberg data, at the beginning of 2025, Reliance Industries was ranked 74th, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) 84th, and HDFC Bank 97th; however, by the start of this year, both TCS and HDFC Bank had dropped out of the list. Most recently, Reliance has also lost its spot.
