Permissions for land use change will now be granted online
Andhra Pradesh: Permissions for land use changes will now be granted online. Permissions will be granted within 45 days of applying through the Development Permission Management System (DPMS) portal. Real estate companies and individuals will have to pay a fee of Rs. 10,000 for the online application. The municipal department has released a standard operating procedure to this effect.
