Protests Abroad Against the CEC
Indians living across the globe took to the streets in various cities to protest against India’s Chief Election Commissioner (CEC), Gyanesh Kumar. Under the banner of "Jantar Mantar Everywhere," demonstrations were held on Saturday and Sunday in cities including London; Erlangen and Berlin (Germany); The Hague (Netherlands); Gothenburg (Sweden); Helsinki (Finland); Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal (Canada); Austin, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Chicago (USA); and Prague (Czech Republic).
